Twice a year, Pipestone Management employees gather to review success from the past six months, look at improvements for the upcoming year, and simply enjoy each other’s company. With the business continually growing, it becomes more and more difficult to host all employees in one location – especially when they are spread out across five states. This year, Pipestone Management employees met in Sioux Falls, SD, Independence, IA, Fairmont, MN, and Columbia, MO, yet they all had the opportunity to listen to the same speakers through a live webinar.
These meetings are a great time to discuss plans for the future, but even more important, for them to receive recognition for their success and reflect on the hard work they put in every day at the barn. It is a gross understatement to say that without them, our company and shareholders would not enjoy the success we do today.
Dr. Luke Minion (CEO of Pipestone) and Troy Woelber (Director of Production) always look forward to presenting the employee service awards. Every year, they present awards to those that have served two years, five years, ten years, and fifteen years within the Pipestone Management. It is a great opportunity to recognize those employees for their hard work and dedication to the company. This year there were sixty seven recipients of the Pipestone Management’s Two Years Service Award, eighteen for five years, five for ten years, four for fifteen years, and two for the Twenty Years Service Award.
