Not only does Dean prioritize the success of the company, but he also understands the importance of the truck wash and goes above and beyond to support his team. Regularly preparing meals for his entire crew, Dean turns these gatherings into opportunities for team bonding and cohesion, keeping the wash running smoothly and efficiently.

Dean’s commitment extends beyond the workplace. He leads by example, volunteering alongside his team to make a positive impact in the community.
