Giovanna shines as the FarmTeam Coordinator, embodying the core value of integrity in every interaction. She’s the go-to person for team members and customers alike, offering guidance and fostering stronger connections between them.
Her knack for distinguishing right from wrong sets the tone for integrity within our team. Whether advising team members or assisting farmers, she consistently chooses the “Right” path, laying a solid foundation for trust and respect.
FarmTeam Director, Dan Hanson, shares, “Giovanna’s integrity shines through, even in tough conversations. She is always honest, even at times when the truth might be hard to define or hear.” That is a quality that earns her respect from everyone she interacts with.
Giovanna’s commitment extends beyond the clock. “She’s there for late-night calls and weekend emergencies, ensuring our team and customers feel supported, no matter the hour,” added Dan.

Jesus: Exemplifying Integrity
Since joining us on May 3, 2021, Jesus has been an example of dedication and integrity in his role as Front End Specialist II. Nominated by Farm Manager, Ray Hoss, Jesus embodies our values through his unwavering commitment to doing what’s right.
Jesus consistently chooses the path of integrity, demonstrating ethical conduct in every aspect of his work. Whether it’s assisting teammates, caring for farrowing sows, or offering support in various departments, Jesus always does the right thing, driven by a deep sense of care and responsibility.
His willingness to go above and beyond is commendable. “Even on his weekends off, Jesus is willing to lend a hand, that shows his dedication to our team’s success,” commented Ray. “He’ll come back to work to check his farrowing sows, but not for praise or recognition, he comes back for the sows.” He is willing to help with any task and serves as a role model for his peers.
Jesus isn’t just a colleague; he’s an invaluable asset to our team. His actions speak volumes about his character.
