Here is the write up nomination received for Brian…
“I have had the opportunity to work with Brian in many different settings over the years. Brian has many great values that have lead him down his career path, and a successful one at that. He demonstrates integrity, respect, caring, compassionate, and strives to build up his peers. Brian has demonstrated great pride in his work and proves to be a very worthy individual of this nomination. Dave was similar to Brian in many ways, he cared about the animals he cared for as well as his family. Brian has started multiple farms. His leadership has helped the farms find success.
Brian would be a perfect fit for your award simply because he is a great leader and a great person.”
Brian has continued to be successful with the Pipestone Management since beginning of his career with us in 2002 -2004 as a Production Supervisor and in 2006 until present. He has successfully managed three start up farms, lead several farms and employees in successful production.
We appreciate what have Brian has done for our company in the past 15 years and the future of the pork industry.
It’s always great to hear how your company is doing, but even better seeing your employees showcase their talents and skills not just some days but every day. Congratulations to Brian on a well-deserved award!
